Founded in 1996, our original brewery only crafted beers for local restaurants. Our humble beginnings started with just a 4 barrel brewing system and in 2002 we moved to a new location.
In 2009 we upgraded to a 7 barrel brew house and the demand for our beer continued to grow. In 2011 we produced 1,500 barrels of small batch, hand crafted excellence but we had a
vision to make more great beers. In 2012, we built an additional 12,000 sq foot facility with a 20 barrel brew house and a canning line capable of filling 40 cans per minute, answering the call
of fans who wanted our Idaho craft beer available for the outdoor lifestyle we all enjoy. By the end of 2013, we produced 6,000 barrels. We now have over 11,000 barrels of
fermentation space to accommodate our distribution goals into the Northwestern region, adding Eastern Washington to our list. We owe our growth and success to faithful Boise patrons and
Idaho’s craft beer lovers, and we are proud to begin sharing more high quality craft beer to our Northwest neighbors as we continue to grow with great success.
