This beer is a perfect transition from Soktoberfest to Winterfest. It has an earthy hoppiness that blends nicely with the toasted malty backbone. It has enough noble German hops to balance out the American ale yeast, which give it just enough bite for hop fans. This year’s recipe was formulated by lance, and I think it turned out great!! |

Off-Kilter Scottish Ale
This peated strong scotch ale is dark brown in color. It has a big malt aroma, with a somewhat strong alcohol content. It is not very bitter or hoppy. It has a dry, yet sweet finish with hints of peated and caramel malts and a slight roastiness.

This German style pilsner is light and crisp. It was brewed using traditional German malts, hops and yeast. It has a fine noble hop aroma, followed by a nice crisp, clean finish. It is a celebration of the warm weather to come. This beer was the recipient of a Gold Medal at the 2007 North American Brewer's Festival.
