Galena Summet Kolsch Ale
German golden style ale brewed with noble hops and a unique yeast strain specific to the kolsch style. One of the only filtered brews from the Sockeye, it is a bright gold color and has clean malt flavors with a mild, earthy yet spicy hop character. This beer finishes crisp and slightly dry and serves as a great introduction to micro brews for the craft beer novice.
